Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relations / Business Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our clientele within the IT Infrastructure sector.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction levels and strategize ways to enhance overall customer experience.

Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the IT Infrastructure industry to expand the firm's client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the firm's services and value proposition.
