Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive or manufacturing quality experience.
• 1–3 years of automotive interior rework experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections at customer locations.
• Document and communicate customer non-conformances to the plant.
• Escalate recurring quality concerns to the Quality Engineer.
• Support customer satisfaction and rapid response activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED

College degree preferred
