Job Title: Customer Project Manager (m/w/d) EI Radiology Informatics Belgium

EI Solutions & Service Delivery, part of the Enterprise Informatics (EI) business group, is a service and delivery organization operating throughout DACH/Central Europe. The organization focuses on project management, implementation, service & support, lifecycle management, and sales support for all EI solutions within the Precision Diagnostics Business Group, with an emphasis on Healthcare IT (HIT) solutions in Radiology, Cardiology, and clinical Image post-processing.

Radiology Informatics (RI), with the product Vue -PACS and Vue RIS, is an established business unit specializing in digitization of radiological diagnosis and image processing.

This position offers the opportunity to lead customer-oriented projects for Radiology Informatics (RI) and achieve project goals.

Your role:
  • Lead large RI projects and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
  • Plan project management activities, schedules, installation plans, meeting minutes, and other necessary documents within the project methodology.
  • Balance risk, escalate problems appropriately, and prepare detailed progress and escalation reports with corrective actions.
  • Manage external suppliers, subcontractors, and partners with complex or tailored contracts.
  • Support sales and cost forecasting processes for projects.
  • Coordinate and motivate project staff and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Design, execute, and hand over projects prioritizing customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Escalate and manage project risks.
  • Manage procurement and logistics of hardware and software.
  • Support sales in defining solutions, risk management, and responding to project management questions.
You are the right fit if:
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in medical engineering, medical informatics, information technology, or a related field.
  • You have approximately 5 years of experience in IT project management within Healthcare IT / Radiology Informatics.
  • You possess a PMP or equivalent project management certification, or are willing to obtain one.
  • You have an ITILv3 Foundation certification or are willing to obtain it.
  • You have strong knowledge of relevant IT systems and workflows in healthcare IT, MS Office/Project, RIS/PACS project implementation, and communication skills internally and with customers.
  • You demonstrate motivation and leadership capabilities, even without direct personnel responsibility.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You are willing to travel and are highly self-motivated.
