Job Description

Customer Project Manager

General Description:The Customer Project Manager position will be a technical and enterprise focused role that will interface directly with customers and within the ArcLight Wireless team. They will be overseeing Sr Technical Leads to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction. This position will communicate directly with customers on a business level as well as project status and execution. The Customer Project Manager will report to the Partner Project Manager and will be involved in reporting on customer project status and the financial position of ongoing projects.

- Starting compensation is based on experience.
- No H1 Sponsorship.
- Must Already be in Dallas or willing to relocate at own cost

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Client communication
  • Project Planning
  • Ensure project budgets are met
  • Verify device performance of mobile devices if necessary.
  • Report results in a clear and concise manner to management or customers
  • Ability to manage yourself and develop your own solutions to problems and issues.
  • Support less experienced engineers in their jobs to assure the overall quality of the team.
Qualifications

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with testing of consumer products or mobile devices
  • 5+ years of experience managing project budgets
  • 5+ years of experience with testing of consumer products or mobile devices
  • 5+ years experience with tools such as QXDM, ELT, QPST, QCAT, or other diagnostic tools
  • Excellent PC experience, familiar with Windows Office, saving files, creating folders, installing device drivers, troubleshooting common Windows problems.
  • Experience with different mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS
  • Dependable, trustworthy, good attention to detail, organized and efficient

Education Requirements:Bachelor of Science in related engineering major (EE, CE, CS, etc.)
