A leading technology company is seeking a Customer Production Support or Senior Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and service in a remote/hybrid capacity. Candidates should have over 3 years in a semiconductor production environment, ideally with a background in Electronics or Mechatronics. The role includes responsibilities such as troubleshooting, system installation, and delivering training sessions while traveling across Central/North Europe. Deliver Service & Maintenance trainings as Instructor
Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement programs
Document problem-solutions, "lessons-learned" and contribute to documentation improvements.
Travel frequently in Central/North Europe on short notice, occasionally globally.
