Job summary

LHH in Plano, Texas seeks an experienced operations coordinator to drive customer coordination, order management, and planning alignment across teams. You will monitor orders, resolve delivery challenges, and provide actionable insights.

Your role emphasizes analytics, strong communication, and collaboration with planning, operations, and客户-facing teams to support continuous improvement and reliable fulfillment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts regarding product availability and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate recurring discussions on supply status, order activity, and issue resolution.
• Provide updates on potential risks and recovery actions.
• Monitor urgent requests, supply concerns, and open orders.
• Coordinate internally to resolve product availability and delivery challenges.
• Escalate critical issues as appropriate.
• Review customer requests and demand changes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align priorities and delivery expectations.
• Support schedule and commitment management activities.
• Maintain reporting related to customer commitments and order fulfillment.
• Track key operational metrics and identify trends.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with multiple departments to support customer needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between planning, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Prepare recurring reports and business updates.
• Analyze gaps, risks, and performance indicators.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility, communication, and execution.
• Support enhancements to reporting tools and planning processes.
• Participate in strategic business initiatives.
