About the Role

Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Customer Operations Specialist to the sales team in our West Chester, PA headquarters.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to serve as the backbone of our sales operations. You will be the primary engine ensuring our sales team can sell effectively, our customers receive their orders seamlessly, and their product and portals are managed appropriately.

The ideal candidate thrives as a fulcrum between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain and can manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations & Portal Management

• Take full ownership of various customer-facing portals (EDI, 3rd party procurement sites, etc.) to ensure all documentation, certifications, and listings are current and accurate.
• Act as the internal point of contact for key accounts, resolving administrative hurdles and ensuring a best-in-class experience.

2. Pricing & Inventory Control

• Manage and audit master price lists. Ensure that promotional pricing, tiered discounts, and contract-specific rates are updated accurately across all systems.
• Monitor stock levels in real time. Collaborate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to communicate lead times or stock-outs to the sales team and customers.

3. Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Oversee the order lifecycle from initial entry to final delivery, ensuring that shipping requirements and customer-specific requirements are met.
• Proactively resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or invoicing errors.

4. Data, Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain and build dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs, sales trends, and inventory turnover.
• Perform regular audits of ERP data to ensure accuracy for the sales department.

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (preferably QAD) and CRM platforms (Zendesk).
