Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies and standards in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including workflows and store maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per product knowledge.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs and pricing concerns to management.
• Attend staff meetings and clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information; report potential fraud risk.
