Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service at the point of sale.
• Accurately process cash, credit, debit, and other payments using the store’s POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and store policies.
• Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness in checkout and store areas.
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts and report any discrepancies to management.
