Ryder in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Manager Customer Logistics to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team, and drive achievement of daily goals within the assigned function. The role is mainly onsite with occasional travel to Lancaster, PA.

You will manage staffing, customer service, health and safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high service levels and alignment with Ryder's values in a Fortune 500 environment.

Summary The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
