Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within the Dedicated Transportation Solutions business.

You will lead a team, manage staffing, planning, scheduling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering measurable customer service outcomes. The role requires a HS diploma/GED with preferably a Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain, and 2+ years of related experience, including at least 1 year in supervisory

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
  • Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
  • One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) required.
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
  • Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required.

  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.

Compensation Information

Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type: Salaried Minimum Pay Range: 70k Maximum Pay Range: 73k. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
