Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, logistics, or supply chain.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• 1+ year of supervision/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is required.
• Knowledge of logistics regulations and supply chain concepts.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $75,000 - $78,000 per year based on experience
• Schedule: 1st shift: Monday- Thursday: 6:00am- 6:00pm

Summary

The Manager Customer Logistics (Transportation/dispatch/DOT/ Shuttle) will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
