Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Account Lifecycle Analyst for a hybrid role based in the United States (Malvern, PA and Cary, NC offices). You will own the order-to-invoice cycle for assets, service contracts, and T&M events, while collaborating with internal partners to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/finance, a BS in Accounting/Finance/Business, strong Excel, SAP experience, and familiarity with IFRS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting/finance (preferred)
• BS/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Proficient with MS Office tools (strong Excel essential; PowerApps is a plus)
• Experience working in SAP (preferred)
• Solid understanding of IFRS standards and ability to research booking activities and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Own the order-to-invoice relationship for assets, service contracts, and T&M events.
• Build relationships with internal partners, including Sales Reps, Regional Service Managers, and Performance Controlling.
• Collaborate with Collections to resolve invoice disputes and support timely payments.
• Support digitalization projects leveraging tools like Robotic Process Automation, PowerBI, and Winshuttle.
• Conduct problem analysis and drive corrective actions using RCCA methodologies.
• Participate in SAP projects, gathering requirements, creating documentation, and supporting UAT.

We are seeking a Customer Account Lifecycle Analyst to manage a territory's asset records for the lifecycle of the contract and/or T&M service events. This hybrid position is available at both our Malvern, PA and Cary, NC offices.

• O wn the order-to-invoice relationship with external customers for asset s , service contract s, and T&M events.
• B uild relationships with internal partners , including Sales Rep resentatives , Regional Service Managers, Performance Controlling, to effectively manage your assigned territory.
• C ollaborate with Collections department to resolve invoice disputes and support timely customer payments.
• Support in improvement and digitalization projects within the organization , leveraging tools like Robotic Process Automation, PowerBI , and Winshuttle .
• C onduct problem analysis and support corrective actions using RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) tools and methodologies .
• P articipate in SAP project, including gathering business requirements, creating documentation, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Your Expertise:

We are looking for candidates with:

• 5 + years of professional experience in accounting and /or finance ( preferred )
• B S/BS in A ccounting, F inance, B usiness , or related field ( preferred )
• Proficient with MS Office tools (strong Excel skills are essential ; experience with PowerApps is a plus )
• Experience working in SAP ( preferred )
• Solid understanding of IFRS standards, with the ability to research booking activities, resolve discrepancies, and influence key financial KPIs.

The base pay range for this position is:

$55,320 - $76,065

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
