ValCorp is seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Customer Liaison Support personnel to assist with the receiving, staging, and movement of commercial vehicles on installation. In this role, the employee is responsible for verifying and recording driver and delivery information, contacting the appropriate escort, confirming escort credentials, and releasing vehicles from the staging lot in accordance with all installation laws, regulations, and policies. The position also serves as a Parking and Lot Attendant, overseeing daily parking lot operations, checking vehicles in and out, rotating between gates for operational needs, and moving or parking vehicles when required. The Customer Liaison Support employee controls authorized entry and use of the lot and refers any parking‑related issues to the proper authorities for administrative action, ticketing, or other law enforcement activity as appropriate. Professional communication, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to established procedures are essential to success in this role.

Requirements
