Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with professionalism and integrity.
Ability to collaborate and learn in a team.

Responsibilities

Support CLS projects across leasing, build-to-suit, essentials, energy and other initiatives.
Coordinate multi-market site searches with regional teams and internal partners.
Maintain project trackers and prepare clear summaries and materials.
Prepare for meetings, document needs, and track follow-up items.
Create GPT projects to organize account information and reusable workflows.
