• Analyze feedback, complaints, operational data, and digital behavior to identify gaps.
• Measure impact on customer and revenue and prioritize opportunities.
• Translate insights into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Digital, Billing, Marketing, and Technology to design solutions.
• Support UAT, implementation validation, and post-launch measurement.
