The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


Solventum Italy is growing! We are looking for a Customer Issue Resolution specialist to join the team based in Pioltello (MI) on a hybrid basis. As a CIR Representative in Italy , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The role manages the Accounts Receivable portfolio for our Divisions (Health Information Systems, Dental Solutions, Medical Surgical) following our company's generally defined policies and procedures.

This is a customer-facing position, interacting is with both internal and external Solventum customers that calls for an individual with knowledge of credit policies and principles and good skills in analysis, reporting,
negotiating, and presenting. This position works independently to meet targets and objectives set by the Solventum management.
Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading actions that help resolve customer issues
  • Implementing actions to better manage collections and issues
  • Determining solutions that help improve the service we offer
  • Supporting sales and other departments in the improvement actions derived from the analysis of complaints
  • Every day you will learn something new that will help you develop

Your Skills and Expertise


To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/Apprenticeship degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Collection Management at least of 2 years
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
  • English at conversational level
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Management of Excel advanced level
  • Communication skills

Work location:


• Hybrid (on-site presence at the Pioltello office is required around twice per week)
