Candidates should have intermediate skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Order Shark, along with strong communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma or GED is required; 5 years of paint mixing or customer service experience are preferred. The role involves working on and off site up to 2 days a week, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks that include standing, walking, driving, and working in environments with exposure to paint fumes. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work in both office and industrial settings are essential.
