This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product creation, and relationship building. • Build expertise and serve as a subject matter expert in our customers’ perception of Patagonia’s product quality and how to make improvements.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing, translating customer feedback, returns trends, and quality metrics into actionable recommendations that influence product creation decisions.
  • Drive adoption of quality and customer insight tools, helping product teams understand, trust, and apply data in their day-to-day decision making.
  • Independently drive projects that help inform product creation teams on improving the quality of our products.

Who You Are (Competencies)

  • Data driven - Uses data, analytics, and evidence—not assumptions—to identify trends, assess product performance, and influence decisions.
  • Relationship oriented - Builds trust and credibility with cross-functional partners to influence quality outcomes without direct authority.
  • Proactive- Anticipates issues, identifies opportunities, and drives work forward independently rather than waiting for direction.
  • Communicative - Communicates complex technical findings in a way that is clear, concise, and meaningful to different audiences.
  • Adaptable - Adjusts effectively as priorities, data, business needs, or cross-functional requests evolve.
Experience You Bring

  • Experience building trust and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Cross functional collaboration, presentation and communication skills

  • Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
