Eurest USA is hiring immediately for a full-time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR at our Charlotte location (Delta - 5501 Josh Birmingham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28208). The role requires customer service and food & beverage experience, with weekends and holidays worked as needed.

Weekly pay and parking are provided, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. As a Customer Ambassador, you will greet guests, explain menu items, support marketing and wellness programs, and assist in daily hospitality

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Requirement: Customer service and food & beverage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greets every guest and interactions to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Explains menu items clearly and assists in the buying/decision-making process.
• Supports marketing, wellness and culinary programs and weekly promotions.
