Job summary

Health and Safety Council® seeks a Customer & Health Service Representative to support training, customer service and occupational health testing. You will work with trainees, instructors and medical staff to ensure compliant and efficient operations within a training lab or clinic environment.

The role involves eLearning support, scheduling tasks, and administering health tests with attention to confidentiality and CFR standards. Travel to different locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Willingness to travel and work at different locations as needed.
• Completion of required certifications (NIOSH, CAOCH, drug/alcohol testing) within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Open/close eLearning lab daily; maintain cleanliness and inventory.
• Proctor trainees and enforce testing protocols and company policies.
• Greet trainees, verify credentials, issue badges and handle registrations/payments.
• Administer respirator fit tests, audiometric tests, drug/alcohol screenings; calibrate equipment.
