Responsibilities

• Identify clusters with potential for JL business.
• Source new customers and drive cross selling of products.
• Ensure on-time disbursements through smart cards and on-time collections.
• Conduct field surveys and gather information for cluster reports.
• Prepare cluster reports and obtain a cluster code from IT.
• Attend meetings early and ensure venue readiness for leads.
• Verify customer document credentials and CIS form accuracy.
• Introduce CRES at CIS meetings and provide required support.
