Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented Customer Growth Manager to support current clients and expand client growth through selling additional product offerings. The role focuses heavily on sales and upselling. The position will be called Customer Success Manager upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Retain clients by demonstrating value and providing exceptional service.
  • Grow client revenue by adding new products and expanding current populations.
  • Collaborate externally with clients/brokers and internally with departments.
  • Develop relationships with mid-sized to large clients and broker partners.
  • Communicate the value of FSH benefits and conduct review calls and open enrollment meetings.
  • Navigate stakeholder relationships and advocate for FSH benefits.
  • Manage multiple tasks proactively to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze territory for opportunities to improve retention and growth.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through service expansion, price increases, and churn reduction.
  • Travel approximately 20% for on-site reviews and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with team members and stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management or B2B sales.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Travel required.
