Job Description

First Stop Health is seeking an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager who will support current clients and expand client growth by selling additional product offerings to our client base. If you enjoy developing relationships and strategically growing business, you’ll be a perfect fit at First Stop Health. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, service focused, detail oriented, self-starter that can strategically grow client revenue.

  • Please note this role is posted as Customer Growth Executive to focus on candidates with strong sales/upsell experience, which will be a major part of this role. However, the role will be called Customer Success Manager upon hire.*

Responsibilities

Retain clients by continuing to show value and provide exceptional service. Grow client revenue by adding new products and expanding current populations offered FSH. Collaborate both externally with clients/brokers and internally with different departments.

Retain

  • Develop relationships with our mid-sized to large clients and broker partners who serve clients in specified territory
  • Communicate the value of the FSH benefit regularly including review calls and open enrollment meetings with client and brokers
  • Navigate key stakeholders at the client to advocate for FSH benefit by providing an exceptional client experience and helping our clients solve their problems.
  • Stay organized, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and proactively plan to meet deadlines
  • Plan, analyze, interpret and evaluate territory while looking for opportunities to improve client retention and growth

Grow

  • Meet and exceed large quota and overall client revenue by expanding on current service offering, delivering price increases, and reducing churn
  • Work with clients to add additional products and/or grow our footprint by expanding benefits to additional population
  • Travel on-site to conduct performance reviews, product add-on opportunities, product enhancements, and build relationships. Expected travel is approximately 20%.
  • Achieve metrics set and execute on growth plan set by leadership based on territory, client size, sentiment, renewal, etc.

Collaborate

  • Cultivates strong relationships with team members and collaborate on strategy
  • Evaluates and bring key concerns to the attention of the appropriate leadership
  • Stay informed on related industry trends, news stories and competitive landscape
  • Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, as well as use our CRM to record activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Manager position and/or several years of experience in B2B sales with demonstrated success
  • Demonstrates effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and ability to learn any other tools
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially in telemedicine, advocacy or wellness
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Travel is required
