Job description

Join to apply for the Customer Fulfillment Manager role at Aero Alliance.

The Customer Fulfillment Manager (CFM) will oversee customer projects from a material health and shop movement perspective. Responsibilities include material planning, pacing item follow-up, resolving part shortages, and conducting cost analysis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review material health of projects to inform scheduling.
  • Maintain systems for accurate material status reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project material timelines stay on track.
  • Proactively resolve critical shortages during project lifecycle.
  • Validate system data for dates and costs.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of material planning and scheduling experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Decision-making in complex environments, with problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Desired Characteristics:
  • Lean or continuous improvement mindset; Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Experience with Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines/Aviation engines.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Tableau.
