Qualifications

• Accurately processes financial transactions, fulfilling customer requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Addresses customer issues and grievances as able; escalates complex issues for guidance to ensure accurate resolution and compliance with policies.
• Produces high quality technical work with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with minimal errors.
• Knows Bell Bank services and refers customers to appropriate personnel/teams when needed.
• Maintains a clean, professional environment by keeping tills, teller lines, and customer areas neat and organized.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of personal customer information.
