Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service at the counter and drive-thru.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Prepare orders and maintain food quality and portion control.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in all work areas (fryers/griddles).
• Support team members and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
