Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring at our Franklin, TN location to join a fun, fast-paced team. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare cold and hot subs with a consistently positive attitude, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food with a positive attitude.
• Input orders at the POS and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare subs to order, following safety and sanitation rules.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and restroom sanitation daily.
• Support team with scheduling, training, and resolving interpersonal issues.
• Resolve customer concerns per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Appear neat in uniform and follow dress code.
