You will work with Managers and teammates to uphold standards, assist guests, and contribute to smooth operations across shifts. Training, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years; 18 years old for opening/closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability.
• Results oriented and customer focused.
• Previous customer service work experience helpful.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Maintains health and safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Works with management to resolve issues and improve teamwork.
