• Operates POS devices and suggests additional sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards.
• Stock inventory as needed.
• Works across multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep).
• Attends shifts on time and follows grooming standards.
• Resolves issues professionally and supports team goals.
