Loop Neighborhood Market is hiring team members to join a fast-paced West Coast network of stores, fuel stations, and car washes. Team Members support customer service, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations in a timely manner.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including making correct change.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco/alcohol (as required).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, station).

Responsibilities

• Managing the cash register during the shift and ensuring balanced tills.
• Stocking products on shelves and keeping the store clean and professional.
• Providing prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintaining a clean, customer-friendly store environment and surrounding area.
• Troubleshooting and resolving car wash related issues as needed.
• Preparing shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-selling and upselling store products to increase sales.
• Escalating high-priority issues to the manager.
• Carrying out additional duties as assigned.
