Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, keep the store clean and stocked, and support checkout at the register or self-checkout. The role offers flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth from within.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work well in a fast-paced team, and maintain food safety and store hygiene. Prior guest-focused experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to boost guest purchases and address concerns with urgency.
• Keep the store stocked, clean, and organized; support inventory management and restocking.
