Qualifications

• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Able to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with finding shoes and accessories.
• Operate the register: cash handling, giving change, processing returns.
• Use basic math for transactions and balancing cash at shift end.
• Promote and explain the Shoe Perks program to customers.
• Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support store cleanliness and loss prevention efforts.
