Job summary

Shoe Carnival is hiring a friendly Store Associate to help customers find shoes and accessories and provide great service. You’ll operate the register, handle cash, and process returns, using basic math for transactions. Share promotions and Shoe Perks, keep displays neat, and support store cleanliness.

Great communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to count cash accurately are a must. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays—and at least 16 years old—are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and assist with finding products.
• Comfort with basic math and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find shoes and accessories.
• Operate the register and process transactions including returns.
• Perform basic math for purchases and give correct change.
• Highlight promotions and Shoe Perks to customers.
• Keep displays neat, stocked, and organized.
