Smart & Final in Chino Hills, CA is hiring a Service Clerk for 924 Chino Hills. The role involves helping customers, maintaining carts, checking prices, and assisting in-store removal of merchandise. Qualifications

• Read and write English; interact with general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, short correspondence.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize shopping carts within the store and in the parking lot.
• Assist customers with loading merchandise into carts and loading into their vehicles.
• Check retail prices on shelf for check stand personnel.
• Return merchandise to shelves and ensure proper placement; face products.
