You will provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors, perform security procedures, and support emergency response activities while upholding site policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by security procedures and site policies, including emergency response as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unusual or unauthorized access attempts.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports, communicating information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
