You will respond to emergencies, conduct patrols, manage access, document incidents, and assist with events. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 2+ years in a professional setting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in a professional setting or customer service role.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications with Corning’s support.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to create positive interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication, even under time pressure.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Good judgment and decision-making in dynamic situations.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; adaptable to new tools.
• Must be physically capable of walking and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service as the first contact for employees and visitors.
• Respond to emergencies to ensure safety of people.
• Maintain a secure environment through patrols, alarms, and access control.
• Communicate effectively with employees and visitors.
• Document and report incidents with detailed records.
• Support site activities for events and projects.
• Work assigned shifts and accommodate overtime as needed.
