Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least two years in a professional setting or customer service role.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications with Corning’s support.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, even under time pressure.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Good judgment and decision-making in dynamic situations.
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; adaptable to new tools.
• Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and visitors, addressing questions with professionalism.
• Respond to emergencies and provide prompt safety assistance.
• Maintain a secure environment through patrols, alarms, cameras, and access control.
• Communicate effectively with employees and visitors via multiple channels.
• Document incidents and report them for proper follow-up.
• Provide security services for events and site projects.
• Work rotating shifts and support unscheduled overtime.
