Job summary

Break Time convenience stores in Missouri are seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet customers, handle transactions, merchandise, and keep the store clean and stocked. You will work with POS systems and follow all company policies.

Responsibilities include assisting training, upholding food safety standards, and providing excellent service. A Food Handler’s Card and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to perform math to make change and complete shift reports.
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate a computer.
• Food Handler’s Card or equivalent certifications.
• Ability to move and position products up to 50 pounds in cooler/freezer.
• Stand for up to nine hours per shift.
• English language proficiency for communication.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test; legal to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers consistently and courteously; conduct fast, accurate transactions.
• Merchandise and stock products; manage pricing and promotions; keep store clean and fronted.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
