Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations with a focus on customer service and accuracy in cash handling. You will learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and related equipment while ensuring security of inventory and currency.

Eligible full-time staff receive medical benefits and may participate in a 90-day performance-based increase, referral bonus, 401K, and tuition reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cash handling and register transactions.
• Maintain lighting/fixtures and store cleanliness.
• Ensure the security of inventory and currency to avoid theft and shrinkage.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
