Crosby’s Stores is hiring a Sales Associate in New York. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with sales, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. You’ll promote the Crosby’s Rewards program and support daily operations across cash handling, merchandising, and safety.

Your role includes preparing items, following recipes and standards, handling transactions, and balancing tills while upholding company values and teamwork.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
