Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold company policies and procedures as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods according to the knowledge manual.
• Strive to meet/exceed sales targets and goals.
• Communicate needs and issues to store management.
