Centerra Co-Op is seeking a part-time Retail Warehouse Clerk to provide top-level customer service while maintaining a safe, organized area. The role requires a flexible schedule with weekend hours and involves handling transactions, stocking shelves, and minor deliveries.

The position involves operating pallet handling equipment, loading/unloading merchandise, and setting up displays, all while ensuring accurate cash handling and customer assistance. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and listening skills, problem solving skills, strong attention to detail skills, and strong ability to follow-up.
• Physical demands include loading and unloading bagged products throughout the day.
• Job requires pushing, pulling, lifting, down-stacking; load sizes vary from 50 lbs to over 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions, voids, markdowns, gift certificates, and tax-exempt purchases.
• Stock and count merchandise as needed.
• Operate tow motor and/or electric pallet jack.
• Load and unload products onto or from pallets, trays, racks, or shelves.
• Daily deliveries, as needed, to customers using hand truck and pallet jack.
• Set up store displays.
• Balance out drawer to daily tickets.
• Create a positive experience for the customer.
