Job summary

Team Members must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, communicate effectively, and follow safety and loss prevention procedures. This is an on-site position supporting Michigan stores.

Responsibilities

• Promote company mission and values to customers.
• Execute daily operational goals and store priorities.
• Greet customers and assist in-store, online, and special orders.
• Utilize POS for checkout and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist in setting signage, price changes, and in-store displays.
• Support freight, recovery, and out-of-stock processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and complete other duties as assigned.
