Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a store associate to join our team in California. You will be the point of contact for customers, stock and rotate merchandise, and operate the cash register to complete sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move to sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays and stock shelves; rotate and face items.
• Restock recovered merchandise and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and flatbed scanner; bag merchandise and collect payment.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners; maintain store cleanliness.
