Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Team Member to act as the point of contact for customers and help maintain plan-o-grams and programs. You will stock merchandise, assist customers, and operate the cash register to complete sales efficiently while protecting company assets.

In this role you will unload trucks, rebuild displays, rotate stock, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment. A high school diploma is preferred and teamwork is essential in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; stock merchandise in stock room or on sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays and stock shelves; rotate and restock merchandise.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register, bag purchases, and handle payments.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company policies.
