Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and assist with operations and merchandising under management direction. The role involves selling, cashiering, replenishing floorsets, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and flexible to work weekends/evenings. You will help educate customers on loyalty programs and promotions while supporting the store’s brand and goals.

• Performs other duties as necessary.
