Job summary

Break Time Convenience Store in Missouri is seeking Sales Associates to assist customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked. This role supports food preparation, merchandising, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexible availability to work, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change, complete shift reports, and count product.
• Ability to learn new concepts, use technical materials, and consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Ability and willingness to attend adequate food safety training and obtain a Food Handler’s Card or equivalent certifications.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers consistently and provide fast, friendly service; conduct accurate transactions.
• Perform merchandising activities including pricing, promotions, stocking, and display upkeep.
• Maintain timely communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Work as a team to serve customers while following regulations.
• Operate POS systems, compute change, and complete shift reports.
• Assist in training new employees on policies and procedures; loss-control tasks.
