Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately including cash, checks, and card payments.
• Manage sales floor by restocking, updating pricing, and inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist other departments (e.g., photo and beauty) and stay updated on services.
• Support pharmacy teammates when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
