Job summary

Goodwill of South Mississippi is hiring a Store Associate in Gulfport, MS. The role involves helping customers, processing transactions, merchandising donated goods, and stocking the sales floor. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Store Manager.

Ideal candidate will provide friendly, efficient service, assist with donations, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while upholding Goodwill’s PRIDE values and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs with team lift.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with merchandise selection.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Stock, sort, and display donated items to maximize sales.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and follow PPE guidelines.
